Include payment for exact amount of all tuition. Mail to the address shown
on the form. A receipt and confirmation will be sent when the process is
complete. If you have an e-mail address, please include it.

Class Cancellation/Refunds
When classes are cancelled for extenuating circumstances, you will be notified
before the first class meeting. In this case you will receive a full
refund to your credit card or, if paid by other payment method, a check
will be processed for you. You will receive a full refund if you withdraw
from a class 5 or more business days before the first class meeting.
