TechREACH clubs are led by certified teachers after school. Club leaders receive professional development, curriculum, and resources to support students in STEM learning.

Professional development focuses on topics such as the TechREACH curricula, technology skill training, pedagogical strategies and resources to support underrepresented students in STEM, culturally competent teaching strategies, developing a supportive club environment, and integrating career-focused learning experiences into the curricula.
