The School Leaders for Peer Coaching course is a powerful compliment to the Peer Coaching program. The success of peer coaching and technology integration depends on effective school leadership. In order to maximize the return on investment in Peer Coaching, school principals and other administrators need specific knowledge and skill. The power of Peer Coaching can be extended far beyond 1:1 support for teachers when school leaders are ready to lead the way.

School Leaders for Peer Coaching develops the leadership skills and strategies needed to maximize the impact of peer coaching and school technology integration. The course provides school principals and other administrators with specific, practical training on topics such as:

1. Best practices in technology integration for school leaders.
2. Maximizing the impact of Peer Coaching in your school.
3. Planning powerful school-wide professional development.
4. Developing teacher leaders for technology integration.
5. Creating a professional learning community in your school

The School Leaders for Peer Coaching course includes 3 days of face-to-face learning plus the equivalent of 1 day of online collaboration.
